Brève description

This study aims at creating a disease-specific advance care planning intervention and assessing its efficacy with 20 to 30 patient-relative dyads. The intervention includes 2 meetings with trained facilitators to allow dyads to discuss and initiate ACP, preceded and followed by qualitative (semi-structured interview) and quantitative (scales) data collections.
